block a sender

I am still able to get into my old plusnet webmail and this forum luckily 

I am sadly now with greenby, over the last week i have been bombarded with emails

calling me a pervert and demanding bitcoin payments    or else !

I have blocked sender on greenby but they seem unable to block the sender, have raised tickets but their system is terrible ,

help and support now closed for weekend

I have had to whitelist everyday messages as not junk as that does not work ie:- MSE martin lewis money tips

also cannot delete individual emails in trash have to do whole folder, 

Can i block a sender on old webmail as emails still show in DELETED folder there

Once an address is blocked, you'd still need to delete things already in your inbox.

Is there anything specific you need to do, other than to block?
