I left plusnet on 3rd October, got emails this morning saying "Your mailbox was deleted"
I've just checked, and webmail still works, but will this continue?

To keep the email account you have to have an active account, when you left you should have downgraded. But not sure if they still have a dialup account you could have used for that, plus a bit late now.

I did ask for the account to be kept as an email account. I got this reply from plusnet when I cancelled the account
"Once your broadband service migrates to your new provider, your account will be downgraded to an email only service which is free of charge."
I can still log in to webmail, but in view of this mornings email, I'm not sure how long this will work.

Well, I just attempted to log in on webmail, and I get login failed.
How do I contact someone to get this reinstated?
