Good afternoon,
Hoping someone can help please?
Just recently I have been getting the message attached about I have exceeded my mail quota. I do not understand this as I have little email in my folders.
Please could someone help so I stop getting this message? I do not know what to do to solve.

That message looks to have come from you to you - I suspect your email address has been hacked.
Do you have the full header?

Hi John,
Thanks for your reply. I never thought of my email being hacked. I cannot access any more information on the email so I guess you are correct.
I've just set up a rule to put it in trash.

Simon, what email program are you using? There is usually a 'full header' option on such applications.

I am using Outlook on Office 365 John.

OK, Simon. Never used that program, but if it has a set of options along the top clicking the 'View' tab should give you the option of selecting an 'All' or 'normal' display.

Open the mail item.
Click FILE and select PROPERTIES - the bottom button displays the headers.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

That is exactly what I have done and the end result is attached. As you can see there is nothing in the headers. A strange one I'm sure!

That is weird! As I said earlier though, I haven't used a MS mail program for many years, so I will leave it to @Townman to try and help you.

This is more than weird!
From the first screen image, this email appears to have come from you, sent to you.
From the second screen image, this looks like an email which has been nether sent nor received.
What anti virus software are you running?
