Windows Live Mail - 2nd E-mail account password issues
I'm trying to set up a second e-mail account XXXX@username.plus.com for my wife on Windows Live Mail (Windows 7). It keeps asking for the password for the incoming server (which I've updated for this e-mail account) and consequently won't authorise. I can access the account via Webmail, so PlusNet helpdesk can't help having tried a number of different things as they think the problem lies within Windows Live Mail.

For the username are you entering it in the format of mailbox+username?
Are you also able to attach some screenshots to a post showing the settings you're using?
Make sure you blur out any private information though.
