Windows 11 emails not synching

Having upgraded to Windows 11, I have tried to set up my plusnet email account on Windows Mail, but it is saying that I need to give permission to sync the account.
How do I do this? Is it a plusnet thing, or something I have to do within Windows?

It is a Windows thing, but as I have never used MS mail programs, or W11, you will need help from one of the Community members who has.
