When I look back at the ticket raised when I was having problems at migration, the server they first suggested was Server: mail.plus.net or imap.plus.net
Later he said to use server: imap.plus.com
And finally server: mail.enmail.co
which worked.
I'm not good with IT... but could it be that different servers have different DKIM settings?

That was probably the point of @MisterW 's post and it's also the reason I asked @jab1 what he is using.
Note that it's not the IMAP setting that matters - that is for incoming mail. Anyone who has been migrated will be using mail.enmail.co for incoming mail. However the outgoing mail server can be either relay.plus.net (i.e. as before migration) or mail.enmail.co (confusingly apparently the same name as the incoming server).
From your message #14, it would seem that Greenby know they have a DKIM problem and by my reckoning they are now 5 weeks overdue on a 1 week project!
@PhilipHeyes what are your outgoing settings and how do you know (message #16) that the rejection message that you get is not actually reflecting a DKIM issue?

From a plus.com address you should be using relay.plus.net as the outgoing server. It would seem that Greenby havent implemented DKIM on their outgoing server. This does pose a problem for people who dont have a Plusnet account, since they are unable to authenticate with relay.plus.net.
Having said that, both DKIM & SPF are Non-mandatory requirements and whilst not having them may increase the likelyhood of mail being treated as spam, it should not cause mail to be rejected.

@abitpedantic I am configured for SMTPS via relay.plus.net
In the attached non delivery reports I am not seeing DKIM=Fail
As a Plusnet customer with <name>@<account>.plus.com I have tried Greenby SMTP mail.plusnet.enmail.co
this server has the SSL Certificate belonging to relay.plus.net the host name mismatch caused Certificate warnings in MS Outlook and Certificate Rejection via Thunderbird. Perhaps it works via SMTP port 25 unencrypted I did not try that.

I am also name@account.plus.com. These are the settings on my MS Outlook:
Incoming mail
Server: mail.enmail.co Port: 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS
[ ] Require Logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
Outgoing mail
Server: mail.enmail.co Port: 465
Encryption: SSL/TLS
[ ] Require Logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
[tick] My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication
[tick] Use same settings as my incoming mail server
[ ] Log on using user name and password

The correct settings are (and always have been!) here https://www.plus.net/help/email-guides/how-to-set-up-plusnet-email/
They have not changed due to the migration. Using those settings should not be a problem for someone who has a Plusnet account (either a current broadband or existing mail-only).

Yes, I was led to believe the migration would occur and I wouldn't have to change anything.
But I had this error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot download folder Inbox from the IMAP email server for account name@account.plus.com . Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
Hence I raised a ticket with their helpdesk and followed the instructions I was given.
I will attempt to try these settings and do some test messages to icloud.

But as you say relay.plus.net is no good for someone who has decided not to renew their Plusnet broadband contract. Also, my understanding is that one day relay.plus.net will cease to exist and everyone will be sending via mail.enmail.co. So, will Greenby have implemented DKIM by then? Note my message #27 where gmail is alleging lack of SPF too!
Any update from Greenby on the ticket that you raised six weeks ago?

No, AIUI the url relay.plus.net will continue to exist but it will resolve to the proxy and thus route any migrated account to the Greenby servers.

Yesterday we ran into :
The Greenby AI Bot has no understanding that the SMTP server relay.plus.net is still hosted and its passwords are still administered by via the Plusnet Members Centre.
Depending on who picks up the phone at Plusnet support, you may also find the same situation, i.e. you migrated on x-date take it up with Greenby and not interested in hearing or dealing with SMTP issues of Plusnet hosted relay.plus.net

Nothing since 25/2/2026. I copied in that response from Apple to the ticket thread.

2FA was recently mentioned on this forum. We should stop using acronyms especially when referring to the long-standing Plusnet and Greenby problems with DKIM DMARC SPF and SPA. The uninitiated could take 2FA to mean 2**** you know what I mean.

Who are the ' uninitiated'? The term has been around for a long time, and is routinely used on many sites,

As far as I'm concerned, still absolutely nothing has changed. All emails to icloud addresses are rejected and emails to gmail addresses vanish (neither received nor rejected).
Has anyone seen any progress in the last 2 weeks?
Are Greenby/Plusnet really working to resolve this shambles?
