I can't find anywhere else to post this, but the webmail server is throwing up the database error (as on the 13th) again.

@jab1 seems to be working ok for me, albeit sometimes the refresh is a tad slow and I dont have many emails still in my plus.com account.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Seems to be working now. As an aside, I was informed my transfer to Greenby was scheduled for 14/7, but I haven't heard anything else - could it be related?

@jab1 @MisterW I've seen that same error on and off for several days now but it's never persisted for very long. Sometimes a simple page refresh has been enough for me to the reach the login page. Other times waiting a few minutes / an hour has been enough.
NB I've not heard anything about my migration to Greenby yet.

@stuck I don't normally use webmail- too clunky for me, but if I get a spam message, rather than downloading it, I delete it before running Thunderbird. I have only had the issue that once as I get very few spam these days, usually small bursts of them which originate, strangely, via Google Groups - you know, one of those organisations who are causing mayhem with their strange 'anti-spam' techniques.

Hi, would this migration to Greenby cause problems with emails? I can no longer receieve anything and I cannot even log into Webmail page. It's now causing problems with my work, so I could do with a fix quite soon.

@fawkner Which vISP are you with, or are you with or Plusnet themselves, i.e your account is 'xxxx@plus.com'?
I would seriously doubt the migration to Greenby is your issue. Have you received a notification that your email account is due for migration?
BTW - this is not really the topic to be asking the question in.
