I only recieved an email about this migration yesterday! Now seeing on here that it's been discussed for overr a month it's disappointing that I've only just been informed.
No doubt Plusnet will close entirly at some point and we'll all have to move to EE

@rockposer The transfer of domains will not be addressed until the email component of all customers accounts has been moved - currently scheduled for 'sometime next year'.

As my emails are linked to my domain, not quite sure how that's going to work. I can see a [-Censored-]-up on the horizon.
Maybe time to jump ship and move everything myself to a company I've heard of.

But how would it be possible to move your plusnet plus.com email address? I too would go now if I could!

I'm refering to my domain and domain emails. For example an email that's me@plus.net appears as me@mydomain.com etc

This is the very first I've heard of the email migration, and I've been with Plusnet for over 20 years. Only found out about it when I came to the forum to see if anyone else was having problems collecting email this morning (which I see they are in other dicussions here).

There's problems with the website too. Love how it suggests contacting them on Twitter on a username that no longer exists!

So long as you have not used @youraccount.plus.com as you email addresses to the world at large, but instead have used whoever@yourdomain.com then you can take your domain wherever you wish as soon as suits you. @youraccount.plus.com is not yours to move.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Yes I know. However the domain is currently linked to Plusnet. Moving it will involve a bi increase in cost and inconvenience.
