Not specifically. Generally where an IP address is identified as a sender of spam, it can be blackballed leading to PlusNet's SMTP servers rejecting connections (typically reported as a password error by many email programs). Then when someone else is assigned that dynamic IP address (which is how mobile coms works) they catch the cold from someone else's behaviour.
Typically such black balling only lasts for 24-48 hours ... unless persistently abused.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
