Hi, Anyone else unable to lo log into their webmail this morning?
I get the error "log in failed"
All my mail working ok through Outlook client though!
It's legacy Freenetname account if that makes any difference!

Hi James B
I am having the same problems as the other users above. Attempting to login to WebMail using my usual credentials gives Login Failed. I have noticed that WebMail home screen now says RoundCube WebMail. I'm pretty sure it used to say PlusNet WebMail

For anyone encountering / reporting this issue, it would help if you can state...
- vISP email brand
- The server selected from the third box on the logon screen
- What credential 'type' you are using - email address or account / account+mailbox
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi All,
I'm running into this issue currently.
I get a "Login Failed" error when trying to sign in to the webmail client.
Attempting to use the "Basic Webmail" option gives me this error
"ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: LOGOUT"
I'm not sure what the vISP brand is, but its a Plus.net adress.
Plus.net is the server
Credential is Email Address + Password

Do you mean a @*.plus.com address?
plus.net are staff only business addresses.
