I know I had plenty of warnings however I didn't expect Plusnet to completely wipe my inbox! I have been told to access the help pages to 'Un-archive' my emails.
I cannot find the relevant help pages (or to open a ticket), so I was wondering if someone can help me on here.
I've requested that our Net Ops team unarchive your emails for you.
Once this happens you will need to delete some of these as per the tickets on you account.
