After years of free emails from Force 9 then Plusnet I have no objection to having to pay in the future.
However the benefit of my old Force9 email is that its a postbox - so anything can go before the @ and still get to my force9 email account.
Thus most apps/websites I am signed up to have the relevant name before then @ my force9 email.
Really good for remembering usernames where they are email addresses.
SO if I transfer to Greenby do I just get ONE email or do I still have a POSTBOX?
If the former I better start changing all my emails to one email. Could take a while.
Steven

@msgray I believe any existing account functionality relating to mailboxes, aliases, redirects, and the catch-all function will remain available after the transfer.
In your case, it sounds like you're using the catch-all function to route emails for <anything>@ your force9 email to be routed to a single mailbox. Is that correct ?

As we understand matters, the new service will have at least the same level of functionality as the current service, with the exception of mail store limits, which will be increased to 2GB.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
