The header does imply you have been migrated. Notifications should have been sent to your normal contact address, as registered with Plusnet - possibly postmaster@ if you have never changed it. Do you get any emails from Plusnet? eg bills?
If migrated, you should be able to logon to Greenby.com with your Plusnet accouint name and main Plusnet account password, but remember to check that the brand in the drop-down menu is set correctly ie Plusnet, Force9, etc
