Sunday 4th January email broken

Well today has been terrible.

Authentication error all day, email occasionally downloading, webmail simply failed.

I've started migrating over to new emails as it's impossible to trust what's left of Plusnet.

Sorry but I feel utterly betrayed by this disgusting treatment after years and years of custom.

• I know it's not the fault of staff reading this, but it needs saying

Symptomatic of a management (BT presumably) deadline set without reference to the difficulty of the job or the advice and capabilities of the technical guys. Weep for the Force9 we used to have!
