Credentials needed

My email migrated recently. I can now access old emails - they disappeared for about 4 days!
However, I keep being asked for credentials for my Plusnet email address on my phone email app. Why is this and how do/should I update it?

Hi


I had all sort of problems with my Android phone using the Gmail app to access my PlusNet mailbox.  After a huge number of tries the attached settings seem to work.  Replace the email address shown with your full email address then give it a go.

Hi,

 

our primary and secondary emails were migrated a few weks ago but now local devices want a password, but when i log into Greenby webmail it says no mail boxes exist at all whci explains the password issue! I've raised a Greenby ticket but the ones i raised weeks ago stil haven't been answered and I can't find any numbers to call for support.
