Someones using my email address to send spam emails - how can I stop it?

We have another Boots Survey email sent as or from:  <name>@<account>.plus.com 

Im still getting the odd one too

Yup, after a break for three weeks another one on October 13 @ 20:21:24.

Header included "From Boots Survey Dept. NO.2097816"

I blocked the sender (first name @ surname dot plus dot com) and deleted it.

This particular spam issue has been resolved. There should be no further repeats.

The most recent Boots Survey SPAM email arrived with us yesterday evening i.e. Mon 13/10/2025 20:05

So do you mean resolved as accounts have been released from blacklisting, or resolved as in we should be no longer receiving them 🙂

They are still coming, but now using a different link for the 'survey', so maybe that is yet to be recognised by Plusnet and dealt with 🙂

We appear to be in a game of whack-a-mole where the "sender" changes and the sender's name & subject are now also changing in each message, suggesting a scripted transmission to make each message just a little different.

Odd that these clearly forged emails are not detected a [S-P-A-M]
