Hiya,
I've got a new phone and am now unable to access my Force9 email address.
I have all the usernames, port numbers etc. but havent had to do this since 2022.
Can someone from Plusnet please help? I've tried emailing support@force9.net and unforutnately it pinged back.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Test the email credentials via webmail : https://webmail.greenby.com/
If the credentials do not work login to the https://greenby.com/ portal and find the Username: it is the full email address of the mailbox ( not an alias ) and from the Change Password function the current password can be displayed.
