Sent Mail not being saved

Son is using "Mail" that comes with Win 10/11. When he sends a message it appears in the "Sent Items" folder for a few seconds then disappears. However no copy is saved in the "Sent" folder.

 

Do Plusnet have an upto date page that lists the manual settings to configure Mail for use with Plusnet so we can check its all configured correctly?

Thanks. Couldn't solve the problem MS Mail so switched him to Thunderbird which works fine with same settings.

This is a known issue with WIn10 Mail - not a great email client!

Windows 10 Mail App is auto-deleting Sent emails (thewindowsclub.com)

 

This has nothing to do with Plusnet, nor the email settings.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
