Plusnet scam email?

We've both had emails this evening claiming to be from Plusnet Customer Help Team asking us to verify our accounts. The emails appear to originate from <Redacted>@<Redacted>.plus.com. Assuming this is as fishy as it looks, perhaps Plusnet would take this account down.

Re: Plusnet scam email?

@Dalesman This scam email - from various suspicious 'xxx@xxxxxx.plus.com' addresses - has been noted earlier today - just forward it to 'abuse@plus.net' - without the quote marks, obviously.

Re: Plusnet scam email?

Different text. Doesn't mention webmail.
"Action Required: Account Access Issue! no.53037369-95886"
But basically similar and with a link to click on.

Re: Plusnet scam email?

OK, @Dalesman , but it is still pure spam, from the same source - ignore the different (possibly) <aaa@bbb.plus.com> 'sending' address

Re: Plusnet scam email?

Is this legit or not?:

Subject: Hi Mr ****** ******, you are invited to review your Plusnet contract
From: Plusnet <collaboration@lightico.com>
X-pn-pstn-db:" Spam 99

I was yesterday trying to see my recent contract documents via a since expired link in a Plusnet email.

I doubt it, @pvmb , but maybe @plusnettony  can advise.

Re: Plusnet scam email?

@pvmb  Apparently this email address is used by Plusnet in the process of verifying new contracts, although I have done so without any screen sharing going on which I would never do.

See this thread ..... Verify Contract

Thanks, but on logging in I don't see any way to see ticket history.

Searching gives: "We've found 0 tickets articles for you"

Re: Plusnet scam email?

@pvmb Try logging into your member centre account.

Then use this link ..... https://www.plus.net/login?p=search

Should let you view closed and open tickets (If any)
