Hello, does anyone have a senior mangement contact at Greenby? Preferably an email address, that can be shared with me by PM?
My main email account (F9) was migrated over on 19 November. It all works but I only have 30 days free from that date as it's a very old account without any Plusnet broadband.
No matter what I do I can not get a payment option to work - MANY things have been tried including different cards from different banks in different countries (I live in Romania but I have bank accounts in UK and Romania). I never see any 3D secure (or similar) validation screen so it just times out. Tried different PC's, browsers, even using mobile (different network). PayPal didn't work either and they have turned that option off for now as they believe there is an issue that needs to be fixed.
The support tickets are answered, and the support guy is trying his best, but we are not making any progress and I need to ensure that my service does not suddenty stop in 2 weeks time.
They either need to extend the free period by a month or two while they fix the issues, or provide me with a different way to pay (I have suggested a bank transfer or direct debit, but no response to these suggestions).
Either way, I need to talk to someone senior who can take ownership of the issue and resolve it.
It's been a painful experience so far.

If you live in Romania it is quite possible it is a geolocation problem - the validation screens probably block connections from IP addresses that aren't in the UK. It could be worth trying a VPN to gain a UK IP address and try again (if you can find a trustworthy VPN at low cost).

One thing that very occasionally causes problems for me on some sites at the payment stage is cookie management. Ad blockers and Privacy Badger can get in the way, though not so much these days. For one badly designed website I used in the recent past, not only did I need to disable those plugins but also allow ALL cookies (including marketing etc) for the relevant part of the payment section to appear on screen.
Perhaps try a different web browser?
Just a thought. May not be relevant.

I have a UK VPN for my work and it doesn't make any difference. I pointed out that it could be a firewall / location based issue their side. Note that both my UK and Romanian debit cards can be used from almost any country and never give problems on other sites. Anyway, the ball is currently in their court.
My post was really to get some way to reach them other than through support tickets, but extensive searching has not produced any results.

Thanks for your thoughts FridayFeeling but I've already tried multiple browsers (all without ad-blockers, pop-up blockers) on mutiple devices and different networks. There's a limit however to what security measures can be disabled in most browsers these days and for good reasons. Greenby's site does not ask about cookies, but of course I don't know where their payment processors validation pop-up is coming from as I never see it.
Anyway the ball is in their court right now.
My post was really to get some way to reach them other than through support tickets, but extensive searching has not produced any results.
