Plusnet Webmail - cannot delete addresses in webmail address book.

I'm trying to remove all addresses stored in the webmail address book.
I delete them and they are removed from the screen. Go to the address book again and they are still there.
Same if deleting all or just one.
I'm leaving Plusnet and don't want to leave anything behind.
Any ideas?

Have you tried deleting emails in your inbox? if yes, do these delete OK?

I have been able to delete all emails in all folders, just the addresses to go.

@Graham25 If you are leaving Plusnet your email account will be immediately disabled and deleted so I wouldn't bother trying to delete things yourself.

This was just another "feature" of Plusnet's webmail that has helped drive us away. Given all the posts of problems with the transfer of data going on at the moment, could anyone be sure Plusnet would do it for us?
Yes, its not a big deal, but I thought there may have been a work around that someone had discovered.

I can confirm that this issue is reproducible.
This issue has nothing to do with deleting emails. Address book items appear to have been deleted as requested (and confirmed) but on refreshing the page they are still there. One wonders if this might be connected with the management of identities as raised elsewhere ... but without the explicit database error being reported.
Can you please raise an incident with IMT.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
