Re: Plus.com now moving to Greenby

Where will notification of this move go to?

I'm getting lots of errors - that I do not understand because I am not an email software specialist! - both on my email client and now something on webmail. This is very concerning, my three myname@username.plus.com have a lot of my incoming and outgoing emails.

Helpful info needed please.

Re: Plus.com now moving to Greenby

I want away from Plusnet email servers asap. As I asked before where will notification of a potential move to Greenby be sent to? I don't think I know the main account details for the username@username.plus.com account,

When the time comes, we'll email the contact address on the account at the very least. Please ensure this is up to date.

Re: Plus.com now moving to Greenby

We're seeing a couple of issues on the network at the moment that isn't mail related, but may be causing mail issues. This is being investigated.

Re: Plus.com now moving to Greenby

How when I don't know the details?

All I know are the login details for the x3 email addresses that conform to the myname@username.plus.com format.

portal.plus.net - username is the username in the username.plus.com. You can click the forgot password option, or if the one of the three email aliases you use before the @ sign is postmaster, or the same as your username, you'll use the password you use to log into the mail. I hope that makes sense.

Re: Plus.com now moving to Greenby

@plusnettony is portal.plus.net the same as https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login? Am I trying to sign on there? Thanks. If so it's not currently loading.

Re: Plus.com now moving to Greenby

It is, but we have a small issue on going so it may not load, or be slow. portal.plus.net is the friendlier name for the same place

Outlook has stopped receiving messages. I am on POP3 but when I try to log into Webmail I am told "Connection to IMAP server failed."
Collateral damage (temporary I hope) from the migration to Greenby?

No, the "small issue' mentioned by @plusnettony doesn't look to be that small.  Not only are the mail servers down, the plusnet home page is down as well.

Re: Plus.com now moving to Greenby

@plusnettony

Migrations paused - network issues - totally unrelated to project.

A pause that refreshes. Outlook and Webmail receiving messages again.

Re: Plus.com now moving to Greenby

The incidents that we've experienced today are unrelated to mail platform migrations. We did pause migrations though to try to avoid any possible complications.
