I am trying to help a friend. He has recently moved to BT from PlusNet but his domain is parked with PlusNet. I have failed to configure his Outlook to send email via his domain email. Any ideas? Thanks for reading this.
If your friend is no longer paying us anything then it's unlikely they'll be able to use Plusnet's SMTP servers to relay email. Chances are, they'll need to use mail.btinternet.com for the outbound server address using the login credentials from a BT email account, SSL/TLS and port 465.
