No facility to auto forward Madasafish webmail

I've had a notification that Google will stop fetching emails using POP "later in 2026" and the fix is to set up forwarding from my Madasafish account to my Gmail account. Unfortunately I can't see this option on my Madasafish (Plusnet) webmail. Have I missed something?

The only other option from Google is to add my Madasafish account to the Gmail app (mobile) - it uses IMAP - but this means no access from my laptop (only from my smartphone) and all emails will remain on my madasafish webmail - does this mean I'll need to go in periodically to delete them?

Why can you not access your Gmail account from your laptop?  Can't you just open your browser, go to the Gmail login page and log in?

You can use Madasafish email A/Cs via IMAP and or POP3 on a laptop in an free email client like Thunderbird.

Avoid email forwarding to Gmail, the forwarded emails will fail SPF and thus look like forged messages,
Gmail may reject them to the original sender or silently dump them.

Thanks, I can access Gmail from my laptop but, apparently, if I add madasafish to the Gmail app the madasafish emails will only show in the app not on the web

I want to see all my emails in one place and I'm used to using gmail. If I use thunderbird can I set it to show my gmail and madasafish emails (I would guess I should be able to)? Then its just whether I like Thunderbird as much as Gmail. Google suggested forwarding as an option so it seemed best for me - is it possible to forward them from my madasafish/Plusnet webmail?
