having issues with webmail no longer downloading to outlook on my laptop.

Also I've noticed that it no longer receives new emails ?  has the account been migrated over to Greenbay ?

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you had any notification to say that your email has been/will be migrated to Greenby yet?

Are you able to login to the Plusnet webmail portal to see if your emails are coming through there?
