I use Thunderbird on a PC running Windows 7. After more than a year of successful use, incoming emails have stopped yesterday and today, but I can still successfully send emails to a gmail account on another device. Another computer in the house is similarly affected.
Have no idea as to the cause.

Thanks, Adam. The problem was indeed at my end.
My email domain used by me and other family members had not been renewed on time. My oversight, but we are receiving emails again, thank goodness.
