Hi All,
I can't connect to my email through either Outlook client or webmail (all devices).
Anyone else having the same issue?
The client can't access server stating password/user incorrect and the webmail page (Google Browser) will not sign in at all, stating "Invalid request, no data was lost"
I'm a legacy Freenetname account, not sure that makes a difference here?

I am also getting a "cannot connect to server issue" on Outlook with error code Ox800CCC0E. Extremely annoying. Glad that someone has reported it. Anyone know when it will be fixed?

I understand. Thanks for taking the trouble to reply. I have been a Plusnet customer for many years so I'm used to the ups and downs with the broadband and email service.

Same here - same old - imap.force9.net not responding.

Incoming email isn’t coming through and unable to send email. Able to log onto webmail.

I had the same problem, but for info', it's just come back to life again. Everyone else back too...?

I'm told the issue has been identified and largely solved , although a few people are still reporting problems (mainly with webmail I believe)
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
