Hi all, last few days I keep getting the above message?![]()
I have not changed anything. It gives me the option to "cancel", or "re enter pssword".
I still seem to be able to get and send emails, but it is becoming rather tiresome"
..any help appreciated...

What is the email client?
What is the timeout setting on the server connection? Sometimes 60 seconds is too short.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

I use Mozilla Thunderbird, and sorry for being dull but I don't know how to check / change the time out settings?![]()
(The error message comes on within seconds of openining Thunderbird).
