My emails have disappeared

All of a sudden all my emails from my inbox have disappeared. I presume they have been archived again but I didn't receive an email telling me this was going to happen.
Is there a way to request for them to be unarchived without having to spend hours on the phone to someone? The live chat is not available.

I've requested this for you now and the e-mails should be restored within an hour.
As per the ticket on your account here I'd recommend bringing your mailbox size below the 1GB limit to avoid this happening again.

You state that you ahve not received notification that you are exceeding the FUP. Such warnings are sent out from when you exceed 75% of the FUP, so you should have been receiving them for weeks.
Do you monitor the default (postmaster) email address?
Have you checked the contact email address on your account settings?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
