More Greenby Problems

Hi there,

Resorting to this forum again, because Greenby simply don't respond.

My email has been toddling along nicely since we finally resolved all the problems at the beginning, and it's now nearing the time for my free trial to end.  However on Friday I noticed that my outgoing mail (just me - none of the other users in my domain) has suddenly started failing, saying the username/password is not recognised.  Last successful email I sent was last Monday.  Nothing changed since.

Also, I now can't log into Greenby itself - again it's saying that my login details are not recognised.  I was very careful about noting my login details when this was all set up, and have changed nothing since my issues were resolved, and if I use my login details to sign into webmail, it's fine.

Greenby, of course, keep getting to the "I'm transferring you to an agent now, they will be with you shortly" spiel - then the chat goes dead (has been like this for the last 3 days).

Obviously if I can't log in, I can't pay to end the free trial (and buy me a year to find and migrate my emails to a provider that actually has customer service).

I know Plusnet has now washed its hands of the customers it shoved off to Greenby, but if there is anyone who has had a similar problem, or who knows how to simply get Greenby to respond to a support ticket, I would be really grateful for your help.
Thank you.

Re: More Greenby Problems

Oh, and I did try the "I've forgotten my login details" to just try to reset my password, but although it says it's sending me an email to reset it, it doesn't.  It's like my account simply doesn't exist any more.

@James_B

Given the busy focus of the tech guys on tech issues, is there a business partnership channel which the triage team might direct business level issues to for resolution with Plusnet’s business partner please?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: More Greenby Problems

Yes - just when you think “finally”, it goes again. Last time they sent an apology email saying they thought they’d resolved the last of their issues. Then today it’s down again and I can’t even access webmail this time.
Greenby really are shockingly bad, and I do feel that Plusnet have some responsibility for selling us down the river.

Re: More Greenby Problems

It's awful. I had stopped dealing with people in tech and went to Sales instead, stating I wanted a complaint elevated. It's gone absolutely nowhere. I'm starting to use Gmail more, I don't even know where this greenby company is located. You can't ring anyone or get any resolution. Awful.

Re: More Greenby Problems

For the last few days, and a week or two ago, I have been having the same problem as we were getting earlier with Plusnet, that messages to hotmail and msn are bouncing. I'm surprised that nobody else has reported the same thing (as far as I know). Very frustrating.

@Richard_R

It is the same problem as this thread Hotmail rejecting mail from PN [Diagnostic-Code: s... - Plusnet Community because your sent email is still going via Plusnet's outbound servers even if you have been migrated to Greenby.

Re: More Greenby Problems

Oh... thanks I had not found that more recent thread. How depressing.

I also had a complaint that I found the spam detection is poor so I turned it off, but it continues to reject some messages as spam - well at least I am able to look at them.

Re: More Greenby Problems

Does anybody have a phone number I can call Greenby on so I can start my subscription. I never received any Migration emails or post and I have been without email since last Saturday, I got no warning or anything
