Re: Missing eMail.

Hi Stacey.

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your mailboxes.

Unfortunately there's little I can advise regarding the reason for this in a public forum.

Could you send me a PM with the best contact number to get you on and a rough time frame when you'll be free?

I'll then be happy to call you back to assist in resolving this for you.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: Missing eMail.

I'm having a similar problem. Logged in this morning to check my mail, inbox is fine but most of my folders are empty and I don't believe that I am any where near the limit?

Hi @ Wagsta,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm sorry to hear of the issue with your email. Please can you advise how you're accessing this, i.e. via an application such as Outlook or are you using a webmail login via a standard browser?

Thanks - LF
