I hope someone can help.
I have lost all my PN emails from before 22/7/2025 some of which are quite important. I tried to access my webmail and there's nothing there either.
I currently run 3 devices which can access my emails A PC via outlook, a MacBook via apple mail and an android phone via Gmail. I am configured on all 3 via Imap. All are missing the emails. I have synced the accounts on each device as has been suggested elsewhere on the forum but to no effect.
I have tried to follow what's happening with the migration on the forum but to be honest it means nothing to me and have no idea what most people are talking about.
I have tried to include the information to some of the questions that have been asked in other peoples posts, but I will try and add anything else that I can.
Can anybody point me in the right direction to get them back ASAP please.

Has your mail account been migrated?
It can take a while for the email clients to resync.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I don't think so. I haven't seen a notification to say so. I did try and log into the new host as suggested elsewhere but it didn't recognise my PN username and password.

Just tried sending an email to myself from myself.
It came through ok, no error message.
