Login failed Madasafish Webmail

Hi all

I have had nothing yet regarding email migration for my Madasafish webmail, which is still very much my primary email address. Today I went in to delete some mails as I am aware of the very small folder size, and if it fills then I stop receiving them. I got a Login failed message. Does anyone know if this is a temporary problem or do I need to escalate it to Plusnet?

You should have no issues provided you visit webmail.plus.net, enter your full email address and choose Plusnet in the drop down menu.

Thanks for replying, unfortunately that is what I am doing and still getting the ‘login failed’ message. Please see image attached.

Do you normally log in like that, or would you use a domain (not everyone has one)?

Can you try with your full email address (the domain)?

Yes that is what I have always done. I’m not sure what you mean by the ‘full email address’ and I am pretty sure I dont have a domain. Sorry.

There are two sites, one for mail and one for admin.

Can you get into 

www.madasafish.com ? Click on sign in not webmail.

Thank you for persisting with this. I haven’t used that page for years and I have done as you suggested to try to sign in, but unfortunately it is not recognising my saved password. I have tried a couple of times to request a password reset, but the emails to do this have not come through.

sorry that has drawn a blank too, I have attached a screenshot for what it is worth.

Thanks for getting back to us. I hate to advise this but I'm limited in what I can do here. I'd therefore be tempted to give our support team a call, we'll then reset the password for you.

Thank you for your efforts Tony. It gave the support team a bit of head scratching but it is now sorted.
