Legacy totalise email stopped working

I have been using my legacy totalise email address (POP3 set up) for ages and all day today withut a problem in outlook on my laptop and it has suddenly stopped working for receiving emails with an incoming server error message - unable to login to incoming mail server. I haven't changed any settings. I have also tried to login to my webmail and its coming up ith IMAP server not recognised.  I have also notice that it has stopped working on my mobie too.... Can someone please help to resolve this?

Hi,

I've just posted on another thread, there is currently a problem with email but most Madasafish customers should still be working unless you have your email settings set to use either mail.plus.net or imap.plus.net (or force9.net or free-online.net).

If you do have one of those set then we are working on fixing it, if it's urgent then you could change the incoming server to mail.totalise.co.uk and it should work because that's not impacted by the current problem.

Note: in case anyone else reads this changing to mail.totalise.co.uk is only applicable if you have a totalise.co.uk email address.

Thanks for your response. I have changed to the mail.totalise.co.uk settings you suggested and the fix has worked. Many thanks.

Also webmail is not working either.
