Unable to access webmail

I cannot access Webmail this morning, getting the following erroe:

CONFIGURATION ERROR

config.inc.php was not found.
Please read the INSTALL instructions!

I'm getting the same this morning ......  I don't know how to contact Greenby

webmail.greenby.com works fine but webmail.plus.net gives the config error

Strange as they both refer to the same server

Someone's messed up a configuration somewhere...

Which url are you using https://webmail.plus.net/ ?

Suggest you try https://webmail.greenby.com/

When I asked how to access webmail following the migration to Greenby, I was advised to carry on using https://webmail.plus.net/
