Is Plusnet email down.

Both Plusnet and Greenby email are down here.  On both I get the following immediately on opening the page (no way to even try to log in to see emails):

Hmmm… can't reach this page

It looks like webmail.greenby.com closed the connection.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

AND the plusnet webmail page doesn't connect.

This site can’t be reached

webmail.plus.net unexpectedly closed the connection.

I can receive email to my barker@globalnet.co.uk account but when I send I get the following message:

This is showing as fixed but it is not fixed for me, still cannot access mail via webmail or client email.

Mine has been down for a while now, no email, no Webmail ... no mail. Hope I haven't missed anything important.

Definitely not fixed, It has been a problem since about 10am.

I was able to log into the Greenby accoutn page, but that says I have no email boxes!

My parents' account is also the same.

Same here. It's definitely NOT FIXED - neither webmail sites are accessible and the Greenby portal shows zero mailboxes. Although FWIW  I've found I can SEND email from my plus mailbox on my mail client e.g. sent to a gmail account and it arrived straight away.

Same here. I picked up an important email on my phone around 8.00am, before this all started, but have had to forward it to my non Plusnet email to pick it up on my computer. There are important emails due this morning from a company who we hope will be doing some work for us and they MAY need prompt replies BUT there's no way of knowing.

I had exactly the same issue with one of my mail boxes... goodness, so much time taken having to delete the 'unread' emails that popped up amongst the already 'unread' and 'read' emails. 🤦🏽‍♀️
