Yes, seems to be OK again, for now. I was able to login to Plusnet webmail a few mins ago.

Yes! I've just now got the one I got on my phone earlier today, together with one sent earlier than that which didn't reach my phone. Odd!
Will head off to webmail now and see what's happening there ......

Is there any sort of rollout timetable for the Greenby migration?
The webspace I have that is now with them is totally broken and it's a PITA to get access codes to talk to Greenby with.

If my email dies too, there's no reason to stay with PN.

It wasn't just Greenby that was unreachable. I've not been migrated yet, but couldn't get into Plusnet webmail or download Plusnet emails to Mail on my computer or phone.

I've had issues all day on 26 Feb sending @plus.com emails to non plus.com domains (plus.com to plus.com works fine). Tested: Same external recipients receive OK from Gmail and work accounts. Some emails sent hours ago only just delivered; new ones vanish (client shows sent, no bounce). Seems like a Plusnet/plus.com outgoing relay problem to external domains, no outages on service status. Still on legacy Plusnet (not migrated to Greenby yet).

DOWN AGAIN on both Plusnet and Greenby, this time slightly different - page loads but login fails repeatedly.

Mine was down again today for a short while, not good. I missed an important time sensitive email yesterday.

I'm still having issues sending to certain domains. Receiving email ok. If I use the webmail portal to send I get "sender domain rejected, blacklisted by local policy" messages.

All fine for me too both downloading to computer and phone, and webmail. (My account hasn't yet been migrated to Greenby.)
