Can someone please tell me the correct setting I need to access my elails on outlook. since the migration I had a welcome email from Greenby and nothing since. I can send emails from outlook so the SMTP setting are correct but not the IMAP settings.

When I couldn’t get emails come through to outlook, I deleted the account and set it up again using the settings that Greenby told me to use. I set it up with the inbox server: imap.plus.net. but Greenby said it should be: mail.enmail.co and the incoming server port should be 143 and the SSL/TLS is disabled.
When I press enter it all come up as complete and “you are all set up” but I realise now I am set up to Greenby email and not Plusnet email.
The Plusnet webmail and the Greenby webmail are both receiving the emails it’s just the connection to outlook is the problem.

The error message I get is "Log on to incoming email server (IMAP): The server rejected your login. Verify that your username and password are correct."
The user name and password ard correct because I can send emails via outlook.

You have been miss informed mail.enmail.co is INCORRECT
There is no reason why you should not continue using the following.
- IMAP: imap.plus.net port: 993 TLS/SSL
- POP3: mail.plus.net port: 995 TLS/SSL
- SMTP: relay.plus.net port: 587 STARTTLS
To remove any confusion I would use the above as they should still work.

Can you confirm what you email address brand is, force9, free-online, plus net or something else; as it matters for the server settings.
Post migration for webmail you should really be only using https://webmail.greenby.com/

@Rick6 I suggest you edit the above post and redact your actual address, this is a public forum! All that's needed is to know its a .plus.com address

I'm wondering if the error message outlook is proving is less than helpful
Maybe try testing your credential using the instructions found below.
