How to get your e-mails through a e-mail client.

Thanks for the walk through.  I've checked and it seem there are a few forum posts about plusnet emails and the Windows 10 Mail client not snycing, namely emails are sent successfully but don't appear in the sent items folder in Mail.  Can you please post extra 'official' instructions on how to fix this problem.
