How do I get an e-mail address?

Just in the process of migrating from Waitrose.

I already have a gmail addresss but it seems I can have a Plusnet one as well.

How do I get one? I can't find anything on my account, though it could well be hidden.

Is it worth having?

@mickledore You cannot get a Plusnet email address - this was discontinued for new sign-ups in the middle of last year.

I'll stop worrying about it.

Seems like a lot of folk on here are having trouble with it so I'll stick with good(?) old Google.

Out of interest, what gave you the impression that on migrating away from JLP to Plusnet that you can have a Plusnet email address?

Can I get the same services with Plusnet?

Did you infer that "same services" and "Yes" meant "including the email component of your existing JLP service"?

Said ambiguity has been raised as potentially being misleading.
