I had not realised that the migration was still happening (I was moved a few months ago) I wonder if they will ever finish. Since being migrated I have had 4 episodes of diarrhoea, when the entire contents of the server arrived in my POP3 account. And of course I have the common problems of MS bounces (and sometimes gmail too), and a random spam filter that even filters when it is turned off.
Looking for a basic low cost email service that works and will not go out of business.

Thank you both for your suggestions, am looking them up.
I still find it hard to believe that Greenby could still be in business if all their customers have been receiving similar service. Oh well...

I might be wrong, but my understanding was that Greenby was set up specifically to deal with mail/hosting migrated from Plusnet. It's a division of Enix, who I thought had a good reputation but I'm starting to wonder.

@MisterW Sending to Outlook is still broken:
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [84.93.230.227] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150)
Any chance you can poke someone to get more details?

I'm sure people are aware and are trying to resolve the problem with Microsoft
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

This problem seems to have reappeared. I have been trying to send simple emails from my IC24 mail account to my Microsoft (live.co.uk) outlook account and am getting rejection messages stating please contact your internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (s3150). As far as I’m aware, my account has not yet been migrated to Greenby as I have had not notification in respect of this. Can you please help?
The following is the exact text of the rejection message
