Greenby webmail so slow

Greenby webmail so slow

Been migrated to greenby and using webmail, both greenby and Plusnet is sooooo slow. If it even allows authentication.
Is there any reason why webmail is now so slow? Does greenby have it's server behind a 56k modem?
This has not been a great few initial weeks for greenby and the fact that we are charged for a rubbish service is just taking the p**s

I was migrated yesterday; I knew it was coming but had no idea when. I was out and about and just happened to access my plusnet webmail and found an email from greenby telling me my migration was complete and I didn't need to do anything and could access my email as usual. Later in the day I got home and accessed my email via thunderbird; all seemed fine. I then logged in at greenby.com and there was a link to access webmail which worked. I tried greenby webmail direct on my phone which wanted to install a web app; this failed it just dropped back to entering password. I tried accessing webmail directly at webmail.greenby.com, this gave a server timeout. Later in the day I noticed that I could no longer download email using thunderbird. Some experimentation showed that I could send emails but not receive/download. I raised a ticket in my account on greenby giving them an alternative email address to contact me! This morning email was fine using thunderbird but webmail is not slow for me, it is never! I could see emails from greenby confirming the ticket I raised. When I raised a ticket you have a choice of which area to raise it on - I raised it on support which is 24/7. It is now over 21 hours and I am still waiting for a reply. Not a great well to sell yourself to a new user....

I've raised a ticket, but have had no contact from them apart from their daft ai assistant. Emails suddenly appeared on 16/12, but anything sent to me between the evening of 12/12 and the morning of 16/12 has disappeared.
I also raised a ticket with Plusnet, but they can't help, as once migrated, my emails are out I'd their hands. I've had more help and contact from Plusnet though than those clowns at Greenby!!!

Service has been up and down (and woefully slow) over the past 2 months but no email since 19-12-25 a.m. is taking the biscuit. Curl command, my username and password log in is accepted on port 110 but the server immediately responds to LIST with
-ERR [SYS/TEMP] Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information.
If there was a status page that we could visit for greenby, then at least I could check that they are aware of a problem and (hopefully) some forecast on when they will fix it.
