Has anyone else found the webmail.greenby.com site extremely slow to respond this morning (Thu 5 Feb 2026)?
It gets there in the end but displaying a message takes 20-30 seconds.

I am unable to logon to webmail at all as my password is not being accepted even though I haven't changed it.
I also have various devices configured to connect to my Plusnet IMAP mailbox and they are failing as well.
This seems to be a regular occurrence since the migration to Greenby

Same here, not at all happy with plusnet since they migrated!

Mine is inaccessible at the moment - in Webmail it times out saying "Login failed, please check your credentials".
It did this once or twice yesterday but seems to have failed completely this morning.

Same here, ai-crapbot suggested changing password, did, still failed so ticket logged...

One day, Plusnet/BT and Enix/Greenby will acknowledge that the product is not fit for purpose - but don't hold your breath.

Same problem here - email clients on several devices fail to conenct, and webmail from within the Greenby dashboard thingy fails to connect saying credentials are wrong. I have 2 Plusnet accounts and both are affected across all the mailboxes within them. Changing password has no effect.

I'm unable to log in to mail via either webmail or using Thunderbird.
Various errors including: no access at all, imap errors, squirrel mail errors
Not happy

I cannot log in either, haven't had many problems previously. metronet.

Looks like the Greenby server went on a tea break. "Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I too cannot connect to plus.com with my email client (OE CLassic) or webmail.
