Greenby migration

Yesterday I got the email telling me I have been moved to Greenby.

And it's all a bit of a mess.

Does anyone know what the addresses are to forward spam to for training purposes? The existing one for plus.net are now gone when I try.

Trying to pay the subscription. Screen says failed, use a different card yet according to card provider it's gone through.

I've got a bad feeling about Greenby.

What's the experience of other members as they move across?

Re: Greenby migration

I agree the Greenly migration is a total MESS.    I did not receive any notice.   First email i got informing me that is had happened - I thought is was Spam.     Then I stop receiving any emails on my computer - so I check plusnet webmail - nothing there, so I called the plusnet support.

The only good thing was I managed to talk to a person who was as helpful as possible.    Unfortunately he did not know much about Greenby - and eventually realised that he should push me over to Greenby support !!!    What a mess.

Eventually I managed to reset passwords and get into Greenby webmail.

All I will do now is manage my email away from this fiasco and use other email providers (which I guess is what Plusnet wanted in the first place)

This has all been managed very badly and is a poor user experience.

Re: Greenby migration

Greenby did email me to say I had been migrated. Webmail.plus.net still works though there are now extra sent and deleted folders so I now have two!

My concern about this is that a small company (Greenby) have taken on the customers of a large company (Plus BT) and are going to be overwhelmed.

Re: Greenby migration

Greenby is part of Enix, a much larger hosting company

Re: Greenby migration

With a headcount of 11 according to their last posted accounts.
Although that total has probably increased since they acquired Brixly in 2024.( maybe up to 30?)
So still a small company and the Plusnet email migration seems to be the largest project Enix have attempted to date.
You can check out but you can never leave ( easily)
