Re: Greenby migration without consent

@Bungee we've been sending a mixture of "opt in" and "opt out" emails. Opt in emails have started to be sent to customers that have Plusnet email (may also have webspace) but have never used it to allow them to keep it should they want to use it at some point in the future. The opt in emails started sending this month, it sounds like you might have had one of these and opted in rather than opt out.

Re: Greenby migration without consent

Hello Dave thank you for your reply I definitely opted out of the transfer as I sent a screen shot of the Plusnet email to Greenby opt out with a comment across the email stating the date I opted out, so don’t know what else to do.

@Bungee click Tony's name (in pink) on his last post - that will open a new page with an option to 'Send Private Message'.

Re: Greenby migration without consent

Hello again Tony I’ve logged into my account as you asked using both links but I don’t know what I’m looking for? It just shows stuff about my broadband account and contract?

Re: Greenby migration without consent

@Bungee if you login to your account and then use the link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search it should show a link to a list of any open questions. You should then be able to select the question Tony raised and reply to it

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

As I haven’t got the Plusnet email address to send it to???? Just confused?Huh

Re: Greenby migration without consent

There should be a reply button. If you just reply, and enter you'd like us to delete email and then submit, I'll see the reply and action.

It's done our side and I asked Greenby to do their side too.
