Greenby down again?

Task 'xxxx.plus.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Greenby webmail:
RC error: Login failed, please check your credentials.

Yep.  Down for me as well.  Just as I was thinking it had been more stable.

Do raise a ticket on www.greenby.com & paste in the error message.

SMTP Credentials are instantly rejected.

I agree with @jab1 ... do not adjust your setting.

And me - Thunderbird keeps telling me to reset  my password, which, of course, I am not going to do.

Folks, take a look in the www.greenby.com portal, do you see your mailboxes
or do your see :

You don’t have any mailboxes set up.

Yes, it did say that I didn't have any mailboxes but now it's showing them again but at this moment in time, I can't download any mail.

What did plusnet saddle us with.

No support status at all. Tickets answered by a bot.

Down for me too. Can send emails but cannot receive emails.

Plus Net have not done their customers proud - handing us over to Greenby. I am looking to dump Greenby and Plus Net. Can't see either provider being too long for this world. Plus Net email service was once brilliant but handing over to Greenby was a true "dump and run" on their customers.

I am nearly finished migrating my email service to another provider - it's been a task changing addresses and notifying people but it is times like this that make it worthwhile to dream of the day when me and Greenby will be no more!

@penfold I have migrated to a proper mail service, and only have the PN/Greenby apology for a 'service' until the end of November to ensure all my contacts are aware of the move - I do have some 'once/twice a year' ones I may have missed.
