Re: Greenby dashboard

Being disabled and in the last stages with a terminal disease and totally housebound, I am on my iMac computer using Safari 10 or more times a day, After I finish I always clear history so my cache is always empty. So thanks for trying to help.

Hi John, I clear my history after every time I use my computer, so my cache is always empty. Thanks.

I have been with Plusnet for 20 years, trouble free and excellent service, yet I am moving to another broadband server when my contract ends in October. The sole reason is because of Greenby.com email service. Since Greenby.com took over in January this year, I have had nothing but problem after problem with them

As no other ISP offers a free  Email service one must assume that the only reason for moving ISP would be to put yourself through the bother to 'punish' Plusnet for taking this action.

As you have had '20 years, trouble free and excellent service', in doing this one must hope that the transfer goes smoothly and your new ISP gives you correspondingly good service. There's an old adage that goes along the lines: one should not cut off their nose to spite their face'.

If you are unhappy with Greenby, whilst it's a pain to change email addresses, it can be done over a period. There is plenty of choice of alternative free options, or for less than £30 per year (and a bit more hassle) you can have your own personal domain and email hosting service. This can be moved to other hosting companies should you so wish without affecting the addresses..
