Yes, the Greenby portal and webmail client seems to be having a bad day...
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

What 6 digit code are you referring to? MFA ?
I had issues using MFA so i gave up, think I used forgotten password to bypass the issue then I disabled MFA.
Hope this is your question.

I'm having (possibly) the same problem as the OP.
I migrated during the last week and everything was OK for 36-48 hours. Then there was a problem, when Outlook 2019 wouldn't connect to Greenby. That was resolved by changing my Greenby password and putting the new one into my Outlook. The very helpful (err well-programmed) AI bot said it would raise a new ticket to find out why the Outlook issue had arisen in the first place.
I went back to Greenby this evening to see what progress there was and Greenby rejected my login credentials. It told me to reset my password. It wouldn't let me do so and instead gave me a Plusnet 0330 number to ring to get a six figure number. Unfortunately Plusnet was closed until tomorrow.
However not only is my Outlook still working, but I can use my credentials to log in to my Greenby webmail. I shudder to think how long this is going to take to sort out.
Incidentally, a separate issue for newly migrated users to note: on my Greenby webmail I saw a lot of emails in the Spam folder: these were all messages that had been sent to multiple users by senders who aren't spammers (a Substack account for example). Once I can persuade Greenby that 'I am who I am' I will try to get them to address this.

I have never got into my emails at Greenby. Although until a few days ago, my email client worked fine.
A 6-digit code has never arrived at my email.
Every time I try to get in, I fail.
I did get into their actual webmail interface, once.
I raised this as a problem, but now all I get is something like "you have an existing question", but nothing else, even the robot doesn't reply, and it seems circular, no login, can't log a fault or update the ones I have. There was some message about contacting Plusnet for a code, but since I have now kicked Plus into touch because they couldn't supply a home phone number, I don't expect to get that.
ATM, I can't send emails, can't report it, can't abide such [-Censored-] service, they can go and hang themselves for all I care.
I am now migrating all my emails to another address.
