When I log into my email account I keep getting this message come up. I’ve tried resetting the account but keeps coming up with this. Any help appreciated.

I'm guessing this is on a phone? Apple or Android?

If this is using Greenby, then get another email provider. Greenby won't do anything about it. I had a similar problem, no emails and Greenby stopped dealing with it last Thursday. Currently moving to gmail, Greenby are so bad.

@ExGreenby Personally, I wouldn't recommend Gmail to anyone, but each to their own.

At least it works. I've had a seperate gmail account for years on my phone without a problem, have had 5 support tickets since November, 4 on missing emails and one on junk emails. Greenby put half the emails in the junk folder and you can't change it as their systems don't learn when you keep telling them its not junk. you can set up a filter but it just ignores them as well

I have resorted to logging in to my OLD EMAIL at Plusnet which is still available ?, I have tickets open about the SLOWNESS of Greenby email, it takes ages to open ,delete etc always sitting watching buffering downloading or refreshing,
at least old Plusnet state they may be slower due to migrations, but they are much faster than Greenby
I get told by Greenby its not them so must be who? Latest check i got from Greenby was to log in IN PRIVATE, I did as requested but that was even slower , had no reply yet waited 8 days for last reply
Junk email / Scams Filters etc nothing works on Greenby 🤔
The old Plusnet email wasn't perfect but it was good enough for me only a basic user direct to email ,
no client or other means of connection.
