1/4/2026 @ 8am.
I am seeing POP3 and IMAP login failure on all Greenby.com hosted emails ( formerly with Plusnet ).
The SMTP authentication appears ok on relay.plus.net ( still with Plusnet )
Connecting to the Greenby.com portal this morning our <account>.plus.com domain remains and says 7 email accounts,
but all 7 mail boxes are missing from the list.
I've opened a Greenby.com ticket.

My relative just reported same issue this morning..... IMAP email on ipad asking for password - when entered it still fails to log on. I can't give exact error as not in front of ipad.
Greenby has proven to be the most unreliable email and I've encouraged them to move away as soon as possible.

Just had a burst of emails come through, the back log is from yesterday around 4 to 5pm.

Yep same with my relative, just started working again.
Wonderful..... must get her to migrate!

Just when I thought we have returned to normal working of the Greenby email one of our former Plusnet email accounts has just redelivered the entire contents, 887 emails almost a whole month is shown as duplicated in MS Outlook.
This is the second time in recent weeks with Greenby this has occured, last time it all 7 of our mailboxes.
